Relevant Experience
Joe is Founder and Chairman of the Hudson Strategic Group Inc. (HsG), a company that grew out of Joe’s efforts as a trainer for Corporate Supplier Diversity Program Development in 1991. He had successfully trained more than 3,000 persons in Supplier Diversity while serving as the executive director of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council in Atlanta. Joe is a recognized expert on Small business and community development and has testified before the US House Small Business Sub-Committee. He has been a featured columnists for two newspapers—The Atlanta Tribune and Minority Business News USA. Joe is widely recognized for his facilitation efforts around Strategic Planning and Process Implementation and has successfully lead many strategic planning and/implementation assignments. He is a Certified Administrative Manager. His focus is Non-profit Board Governance, Small Business Development, and Community Development.

Henry Whitlow

Relevant Experience
Henry is a senior examiner for the State of Georgia’s Oglethorpe Quality Award. Additionally, he is trained as a Baldrige examiner and is also trained in a number of quality-related topics, including ISO 9000, benchmarking, facilitation, quality planning, and statistical process control techniques. Henry has served as an adjunct instructor for Southern Tech University, Georgia State University, Georgia Institute of Technology, and the Clark-Atlanta University Business School. He is the 1994 winner of the Groupware Service Provider Award for application of Groupware technology, awarded by Computer World at the Groupware conference held annually in San Jose, California. A business process analyst with extensive financial management and financial systems experience, Henry has served as a member of the IBM Corporate Quality Staff where he was responsible for the establishment and management of the worldwide benchmarking database, and he has conducted a number of benchmarking projects in private and public settings. He recently facilitated the HsG engagement with USDA and is currently directing the Coca-Cola project.

Before joining HsG, Kirk perfected his skills in quantitative analysis as an internal and external business consultant for Dean Witter, Pepsi, and IBM. He has extensive experience in growing revenue for third-party vendors, dealers, corporate investors, and business partners. For the past eight years he has specialized in conducting performance analyses for entrepreneurial divisions, business units, and companies. Kirk is a recognized expert in the development and creation of organizational balanced scorecards and their accompanying strategic maps. He has led HsG engagements for Supplier Diversity Strategic Planning and Organizational Development.
