What is it?

The IDEAL Management System for Planning, Engagement, and Action is a Planning Innovation created by the Hudson Strategic Group which combines the practical applications of the current marketplaces tools for Strategic and other types of planning. It utilizes these tools in a ways not often discussed by their creator and in seamless fashion that enables the output of one toll to be the input of another.  When completed, the system yields a complete organizational design or re-design a set of plans that are useful from the origin of the idea or initiative through it’s life span.

The IDEAL Management System for Planning, Engagement, and Action is a series of defining steps created in a “Paint-by-the-Numbers” format designed to assist organizational leadership fully understand and articulate the proposed direction (plan)  they wish to undertake to accomplish a specific outcome.  It is the "Spine" for a system utilized by the other aspects of HsG.  It is a planning design exercise and a engagement action document. 

It consist of a series of interlocking frameworks designed to cause the in depth exploration of a specific functions of the proposed enterprise and how that area will need to be designed or will function.  Each function is linked to another, at first as output then as input to the next framework.

Each framework can or should be written up for a literal discussion.  Each framework discussion can also be presented in a blueprint fashion as a pictorial deployment of the Strategy involved with the frameworks usage and function as a part of the whole.

What does it Produce ?

The final output of the IDEAL Management System for Planning, Engagement, and Action is expressed as a written response to the following:
·         A Strategic Plan

·         A Business/Financial Plan

·         An Organizational Design Plan

·         A Community Design Plan

·         A Marketing Plan

·         A  Human Resources Plan
